What is an IGUIDE 3D Virtual Tour? An iGUIDE combines a proprietary camera and software platform to capture and develop 3D virtual tours and property data. It's a mapping technology and the only platform that gives accurate square footage calculation, room dimensions, accurate floor plans, and 3D tours in one go.

Why do we do an IGUIDE 3D Virtual Tour? We only do IGUIDE virtual tours for homes that clients give us permission for & that require a full home renovation. We feel that by providing a tour of a home that we renovated, that you truly get to experience how much work, patience & love that we put into our clients home. This allows us to show off our work & gives you an idea of what to expect when working with us. We have high expectations of ourselves & a high standard in the work we do; we believe that we provide just that!

The Whiteswan Home

THE Whiteswan home. Our clients had a great eye for design & they missed no detail for how they wanted this home to look for their family & we couldn’t be happier to be the ones that helped them execute it!

This was a full-scale home renovation. The main floor was torn down to its studs & reconfigured for a better flow. It now consists of a grand entrance to the home that has a beautiful staircase with custom built railings & a stunning double door with two side lights! We created a dedicated office with custom shelving that has the most captivating view of the river. There is now two separate living spaces that are classic & timeless. We added a kitchen that is everybody’s Pinterest dream with custom floating shelves, quartz counter tops & a butlers kitchen. Last but not least, we added a half bath, laundry room & and a mudroom. Throughout the main floor of the home we installed this gorgeous laminate flooring.

Along with all of this, we updated the basement & upstairs. Fully renovated 2 other full baths & added a ensuite with a walk-in closet.

The Russell Home

  The Russell Home. While we were confident in our abilities as contractors, this home was our first renovation project at such a large scale, so it will always have a special place in our hearts.
 
   This project was a major undertaking that required a lot of planning, math, development of blueprints, bringing in engineers, etc. We did a full addition on top of an existing garage that now features a bedroom with a balcony, an attached ensuite bathroom, a sitting room with a fireplace & a laundry room. Not only did we do an addition but we renovated 2 full baths, kitchen, and basement. Plus updated the entire upstairs & main floor with new paint, flooring, trim & base. 

  These clients knew exactly what they wanted and they had a certain vision of how they wanted their home to look. Pre-covid, once the home was finished they threw a party for us & all of their friends to show off the home. This meant the world to us. We were so glad that they put so much trust in us to make their dreams a reality.
